How fast will my order be filled and shipped?

We fill and ship orders Monday through Friday with the exception of postal holidays Delays may be caused by sudden surges in requests for certain items, incomplete ordering information, and circumstances beyond our control. Allow one to two days for handling.

What kind of guarantee do you have?
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will need to call or e-mail us to obtain a return authorization number. Please do not return anything without letting us know first. Returns not due to our error are subject to a 15% restocking fee (damaged items excluded). We reserve the right to refuse returns after 30 days. Please note that all products that carry a warranty noted on product description details refer to Manufacturer Warranty. Do you have a print catalog?
Due to the large number of items we carry, and new items added almost weekly, it would be impossible to keep a print catalog up to date. It is also a cost that would be passed on to you by raising prices or charging for the catalog. We have elected to not have a print catalog, keep our website updated, and our prices down.

Are your pictures accurate?
We do our best to describe and picture our products on our website as accurately as possible. However, your monitor or printer may be calibrated differently than ours, resulting in slight differences in image size or color.

What does "Image Coming Soon" mean?
When a manufacture introduces a new product, or modifies an existing product, they tend to release it without a picture of the product. The delay of getting these images can often be delayed by our supplier. Due this situation these products will have a "Image Coming Soon" until a picture is made available. We apologize for this inconvenience.
